2.1 All products listed on the Website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the
quantities of any products that we offer
2.2 All images on the Website are for representational purpose. The end product may slightly vary
in some cases due to photographic light, photographic angle & so on
2.3 Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time
to modify or discontinue the Website or any part or content thereof without notice at any time.
2.4 We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit
or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may
include orders placed by or under the same customer account, and/or orders that use the same
billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may
attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at
the time the order was made.
3. Payment
3.1 Payment for all products must be made through the payment methods available on the
Website.
3.2 You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all
purchases made on our Website. You agree to promptly update your account and other
information, including your email address and payment details and expiration dates so that we can
complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
4. Returns and Refunds
4.1 Customers are eligible for a return/ replacement / refund in a situation of manufacturing &
packing defects and in case if product having passed its expiry date is delivered to the Customer.
4.2 Incase of such defects or mishandle by courier, customers can connect with us within 24 hours
of delivery
4.3 Customers are requested to share photographs of the damaged product for investigation
purpose
4.4 Once investigation is done we will offer a suitable solution to the consumer
4.5 Mangoes: If more than 4 Mangoes are defective in a quantity of 1 Dozen we will send you the
same amount of Mangoes when you place your next order… In Certain situations we can also
consider a Cash Back
5. Changes to Terms
5.1 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these
Terms by posting updates and changes to our Website. It is your responsibility to check our
Website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our Website or the Service
following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
6. Shipping & Delivery
6.1 We are dedicated to deliver your order with good quality packing within a given time frame
6.2 Normal Time Frame for Delivery will be 7 to 10 Days after Order is placed on the Website
6.3 We Ship through reputed courier partners to the selective Pin Codes all across India
6.4 In case of an extended delay from the Courier Company to deliver your parcel we will inform
you regarding the same through E-Mail or WhatsApp
